From your other posts it seems there may have been a problem with your account, and if you cannot access it anymore (which I inferred from your post), then an advisor would be able to help you regain access. Note that the Sims 4 release window might mean that our phone lines are rather busy, so if you have the option of contacting us before the evening I'd suggest you do so. 🙂
i have installed my sims 4 game limited edition i bought at the store but origin is saying i cant play it. its saying that it will be available on the 4th. i have the disk in my possession why cant i play it?
