So I am currently on vacation in Germany where the game doesn't come out until tomorrow. However It says it's ready for preload and when I try to preload it, the preload fails and says error 196619:0 does anyone know what that's about? I've been trying to preload it for the past two days and it's the same error.
I'm a little fuzzy on proxies, firewalls etc.
However I turned off my Hola VPN in my internet settings and I also followed the instructions to make an exception for origin in my firewall but origin wasn't on the list of programs to create an exception for?
I'd really like to preload the game so I can play straight away tomorrow when it is FINALLY released here in Germany.

Afterwards, try logging into the Origin Client once more and see whether you can proceed.
