Okay, so its after launch and I have sim 4 in my libery still greyed out. I check the origin store to see if it was cancelled, but to my surprise it says processing.... I ordered it back on 06/09/2014, it should have processed a long time ago, so whats the deal?

I have it running admin, but to contact a game advisor....how does one do that? I went thru the contact us thing, but once I finish filling out the info and finish submission the web page goes blank.
Can you check the steps on this page?

If the page is blank when you get through, can you try using a different browser?
Just to give some extra detail, for most payments, it won't process until shortly after launch, so if an payment method has become invalid in the meantime, issues can arise.

Okay, well no idea how to put this...but I see different then what the pictures in that link show, also I was able to get the page to load on my google chrome, but the chat now button (which is the only option it give me under recommended channels and looked faded out from what it should be) doesn't work on it. That is the only other browser I got outside of firefox (Which has the page loading issue with this site.)

okay, well I've cancelled it and rebought it and that seems to have worked.
