Okay, well no idea how to put this...but I see different then what the pictures in that link show, also I was able to get the page to load on my google chrome, but the chat now button (which is the only option it give me under recommended channels and looked faded out from what it should be) doesn't work on it. That is the only other browser I got outside of firefox (Which has the page loading issue with this site.)
okay, well I've cancelled it and rebought it and that seems to have worked.
I am having the same problem, but they already took the money off my account a few days ago. Still unable to preload. And calling the help line gets me nowhere. Any advice?
