So I pre-ordered the Sims (limited edition) on August 29, and the moment it came out, I checked to see. For some reason, it acted like it still wasn't able to be downloaded. I shrugged it off, thinking my computer's time was fast or something. Later, I checked again. And I just checked again. It acts like it's still unavailable, though it clearly says "Available September 2, 2014. 12:00 AM". Is something wrong with my computer?
I had the same problem and I was angry and cancell that and for now I'm waiting for my repayment because i want to buy again
