[Info] Sims 4 - Download & Installation & Startup issues

Origin has been saying its overloaded for hours and no matter how many times i press 'go online' it doesnt connect, even though i have internet! ive tried taking the disc out and reopening origin, but nothing seems to help. Are the servers really that overloaded? is anyone else having this problem? i ve seen no other posts about on the internet so far an d just wondered if its me!
