When i start downloading Sims 4 my download keeps going backwards on itself, it gets to 29% then it will go to 18% but it varies all the time so i don't know what to do, can you help ?

I have done everything i've seen mentioned so far with nothing helping, i've cleaned cache, ccleaner for registery, run as admin, clean booted, reinstalled the game and origin constantly been refreshing this forum and other threads for solutions but so far i've received almost no help and no solutions..
