Hi,
I've just upgraded to OS Windows 10 on my (old-ish) HP Pavilion G series laptop. This is all fine and dandy, but when I went to play The Sims 4, I encountered a few problems with rotational and panning options.
Bar the two mentioned above, I haven't found any others since, but my main issues are the rotation of furniture/objects.
This used to be as simple as click - hold - turn. Fantastic! not so much anymore.
I now click - hold ....then it starts moving my screen as if I've panned to another part of the house etc.
Also, not a big gripe, but still an irritant.
When I need to move around my screen, I have to click and drag using the left clicker on the mouse.
Before it used to pan around, no problems, without me having to click anywhere. I believe this to be related to the object rotate problem I've had above.
On both, I've checked what settings I can to "scroll edging" etc and they're all the same as before, when I was working off Windows 7.
I'm apparently missing something....please someone tell me its as simple as the old adage "turn it off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on again" or "have you checked it's plugged in at the mains" 😢
Any help would be appreciated,
Many Thanks
Amy S
