Hello everyone!
I have the original copy of The Sims 4 Limited Edition and with Windows 8.1 everything was working properly. After updating to Windows 10 nor The Sims 3 nor The Sims 4 are working, when launching the game instantly "The Sims 4 has stopped working", anyone with the same problem? Please Help me i wanna play The Sims 4 so baad T.T
My PC specs:
Acer Aspire 5745G - Intel Core i5 2,3 GHz - Nvidia GeForce 420M Cuda 2 GB + Intel Core HD Graphics - Windows 10 PRO - LCD Panel 1366 x 766 16:9 HD

Make sure that the game runs on the Nvidia Card and not the Intel Chip
Also update graphics drivers
