Its saying i've already used my account to play this game. It says i downloaded it today (23rd january 2015) i've literally just downloaded it and its saying ive already played 1 hour (even though im entitled to 48 hours apparently?) and now its saying i've already used my account to play this. Im really dissapointed because i wanted to give this a go before buying it?
I have the same problem, been looking through for help on the site for a little while, was about to wait 80-85 minutes for online support. Hope they fix the problem soon!

Someone I spoke to just gave me a code and when I put it in, it won't activate it. SO again I'm on the phone been on hold for nearly 10 minutes now while she "looks ino the code". NOT AMUSED!

One other thing they just told me. I have to buy the Game to use the FREE Game Time?! WTF?!
