After the last update my game started to crash, main screen does not load properly and instead of the classic words like "new game", "load game" there are random letters and characters. Also when i wanted to load my saves it didn't save properly and i couldnt even enter any of the families.
I don't have any mods or cc.
M4G6I3 What happens when you try to load a save? You can probably still click the random letters. This is known issue when the game can't read part of the data for the most recent household, but other saves, or other households in the most recent save, may still be intact.
Please also test a new save in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just try to start a new save and see what happens.
When i try to load the game it opens up a world, where chosen houshold should be and i can't click on any house in any world. And when i tried to create a new houshold it almost immediatly turned off.
I tried to start it with a clean folder, like you proposed. The game opens normally, but after a 1-2 seconds it turns off and this infomation pops up: "An error occurred that prevented the game from starting. Please try again later".

If it's that error, please try the suggestions in the first post. If none of them helps, you can post your dxdiag here since we have an ongoing conversation and it's not clear that this is the only issue.
