Initialization error at startup 135dec40:29f00e76:00000083:b032c32e.

I've looked all over and none of the posts I've seen can offer a solution to this problem. The game was running fine the day before, and the next day  I get this error 135dec40:29f00e76:00000083...

    @LadyBrittany84  This error is typically antivirus-related, so please set exceptions in yours for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in.
