"Input Not Supported"

When I start up the Sims 4, my screen goes blank and this dancing grey box shows up that reads "Input not Supported" I saw a thread like this after a quick google search but after checking all of ...

    Hello,

    I don't know the exact pathway to find this file, but in your Documents folder, there should be an Electronic Arts folder, then in The Sims 4 folder there should be a file named Options.ini

    Open that file using something like Notepad, and then use Edit > Find to locate the part that says "fullscreen = 1", and change it to "fullscreen = 0". After this, save the file and see whether you can open The Sims 4.

    If any of these steps you cannot do, or something doesn't work let me know. If this does work, I can then tell you what to do next.
