Installation problems for Sims 4: limited edition

I am having trouble playing my sims 4: limited edition. I previously downloaded the game after Christmas time. At this time, it didn't show up to write the promo code in the Origin setup. Recently, I went to play the game and it asked me to put the code in. When I did this, it said the code was already used. I just uninstalled the game but now it won't let me instal the game again. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
