Invalid License Reason Code = Tampered 0x000A

I can't find any answers on here for this specific issue. I DL'd the game from Origin after I had clean up my computer (I've played previously with no issues). Now I'm getting this message when trying to launch. See attached screenshot. Figured I'd try my luck here before calling in.

    this happened to me today also. i just had to exit then reload the game and then it started working normally!

    I literally just re-downloaded the entire thing. Went to launch and got this. I haven't been playing it sooo not sure what the issue is.
