Inverted Camera Controls

I hope I explain this correctly, but before I installed Seasons, I had inverted controls. Meaning, when I used my right mouse button to scroll the camera, and I went down, it would pull the screen up...

    I contacted EA and it's been confirmed by the Sims 4 team that my controls were never supposed to be inverted and they have no idea why they were in the first place. I just have to get used to the "new" controls.

This is where I'm confused, they've been inverted since I installed the game in 2014. I've never messed with inversion settings. The only setting I messed with was changing it to the Sims 3 camera.
