Invisible Toddler Bed and potty Sims 4

I have this glitch whereby there seems to be an invisible toddler bed sunk into the third floor of my house, there is slso a hidden potty. The sims only use them automomously or if I select put to bed and that is the bed they choose. I have tried deleting then entire floor and doing a full rebuild and tried using every applicable cheat. There is a archway they won't walk through because this bed is in the way and when I go to add an object to a room it won't let me because it is intersecting another object. Has this happened to anyone else. None of what I am referring to is CC related.
