After inserting the disc, selecting AutoRun, creating an Origin account, then submitting my product code I cannot do anything but download SIMS 4 at 8+ GB. I am on a metered connection and this is the reason I purchased the DISC(S)??? So how do install this from the disc?

Should work accordingly for your game.
For anyone else having this issue try this:
1. Exit out of Origin (click the little triangle in the bottom right to check hidden icons and make sure).
2. Hit Windows key+ E key to bring up the explorer.
3. Right-click the disc drive and select open.
4. Double click the originsetup. (may be originsetup.exe
5. This should bring up Origin again, allow it to update if needed.
6. Continue with the process, and it should proceed with the disc install.
I believe the install will occur in Origin but will say copying instead of downloading.
