Is it possible to load the progress i had on console?

@Sixproshooter You can't transfer saves from a console to a computer or vice versa, so no, your progress can't be loaded. EA also doesn't store Sims 4 save data on its servers. The cloud saving option isn't even available for Sims games.
What you can do is save your console sims to the Gallery, then download them onto your computer. You'd still be placing the sims in a new save where they didn't know anyone, but they'd keep most of their progress.
Packs also don't transfer between platforms. If you want to play Cats & Dogs on PC, you'll need to buy it a second time.
