Is my HP envy laptop good enough for The Sims 4

I can run the sims 3 on my hp laptop but it over heats and crashes after 30 minutes... not entirely crashed. but the game force closes. I was wondering if my laptop specs could run the sims 4 since ...

I need to say that i have an hp computer and its really bad since is always in the lag mode and i cant use the cheat codes...so might not put the sims 4 in that computer :/
