Is Sims 4 compatible with Windows 11 Home?

I have Origin open on my laptop and keep getting the error message stating Origin has to be open in order to play the Sims 4. I uninstalled both Origin and the Sims and reinstalled them and to the same error message. I'm currently running on Windows 11 Home.
