Is the 2 day Origin Trial the full game?

Question

I know you can only play for 2 days but is it the full version of the game that's installed? I want to purchase the game, I have an XP OS and I'm worried I'll buy it and it won't play? The 2 day trial worked fine.

If I do buy from Origin can I get my money back if it doesn't work? And is there a substantial difference between Sims 4 and Sims 4 Digital Deluxe?
