Yes there is a way and my way was quick and simple. First I thought to myself if the update is not working then why update your origin at all. I uninstalled my updated origin and looked up online old version of origin to install. Once I installed the old version of origin I put my Sims4 disc in and like it always says sign in to your account so I did and walla the origin has acceptes the installation from there and I was relieved. Didnt have to call EA for assistance nor had to look on YouTube. This actually works try it and guarantee you it will work. Message if you have any problems and I will tell what exactly to do.
