i have the same problem i got the sims 4 for christmass and i tried to install it and it keeps saying that origin is offline. i have tried everything please help
Hi - YES! I have the same problem/ Bought it for my daughter for Xmas. Worked fine the first time, but now won't load - error message says Origin is not running, but it is! I launched it from within Origin client same issue. Has anyone found a fix?
I have purchased the game but nothing is showing in the 'my games' section of origin! Have tried changing email addreses linked to the account in case this helps but still no game. Have tried all of the suggestions here but I'm still not able to find it! Can anyone help?!
