@SimmerGeorge The computer you linked is an excellent choice for Sims 4, with hardware that should run all current and future packs together on ultra graphics settings. It seems like a decent price too, although I'm not so familiar with the market in Germany.
If you do get this computer, one thing to watch is how much free storage you have on the small solid state drive. It's best to leave more than 20 GB free on the drive where Windows is installed at all times, and a 240 GB SSD can fill up quickly. But as long as you pay attention, and move files and applications to the large mechanical drive when necessary, you should be fine.
