Issue on EA end

My sims will launch but then when I try to load new game it shows a white screen and if I try to load a game then it will reset and try to get me to pick a house lot with no money! When I open sims it says sims delivery error and wont let me resume download. My laptop is run by a admin but was playing sims fine yesterday?
