Re: CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading

I somehow got past "Failure to Load" finally after removing some mods and turning off script mods, but even though custom content is turned on for Game Options, it's loading like maybe 10 items of CC in game. If the game is allowing me to have these files in the game, then why aren't they showing up? The failure to load issue is so irritating, but I literally cannot understand logically how hundreds of items of CC can be "in game" but not showing up.
