I have the same issue, idk whats going on...
Hello,
I own The Sims 4 on EA App, but all add-ons show as “Not Available” on both the EA App and the EA website.
I’ve tried clearing cache and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.
Please check my account and enable purchasing for The Sims 4 add-ons.
