Istalling Dream Home Decorator Game Pack

When trying to buy and install the new Dream Home Decorator Game pack, I keep getting an error message: "WARNING Whoops! Something went wrong. Check back soon" regardless of trying to buy it outside the enter screen or inside, at the beginning of the game. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.....any help!

@deltadaze48 Try buying the pack on origin.com:

https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/the-sims/the-sims-4/addon/the-sims-4-dream-home-decorator

If it doesn't work in one browser, try a different one.

I have the same problem. I have tried in origin, in browser, on 3 different internet platforms( mozilla, google and edge) and im still unable to make a purchase. the code i get doesn't even match up with any of the codes listed on their site as to a possible cause. I have logged out and back in. the only two things i havent tried is completely uninstalling origin, and resetting my modem ( which i cant due to other users needing it for work and school)

@FairReeQueen Can you use your phone as a mobile hotspot? Make sure it's using data, not your home wifi.

If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error you get. Please also list your country.
