ChrissyJayy To be clear, this happens in a new save with no mods or custom content present? If so, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
yeah thats what happens, I created a new folder as told on the forum (discord) when all this had happened. They determined which household(s) was causing the issue and even after id taken out all my cc and mods the game started crashing after that. So they said it was definitely a bug issue in game that they couldnt help with. And gave me a link to this forum to contact someone about helping removing it before i tried to play again. Ive repaired my game several times, ive deleted all my mods and cc now but id like to start re-adding them again. Im sure the bug is still in my game though because i havent been able to get it removed since april
