You could get an upgrade to this hardware for $800, or possibly a little more. For example, this one has similar specs except its graphics card and processor are the equivalents from one and two generations newer, respectively. This won't make a difference to Sims 4 in its vanilla state, and it might not matter even if you pile on the custom content. But if you want to add a lot of high poly cc and also ReShade, or do video editing, or run more demanding games for that matter, you may benefit from the extra power.

I don't see anything else with this tier of graphics card for under $900, at least nothing I'd recommend, but if you do want the extra power and don't want the Walmart option, feel free to list some details you'd like me to consider, and I'll do another search. Having said that, if your goal is to play Sims 4 on ultra settings, the Victus you've found is more than good enough for that and should work out well.
