I've lost all of the progress in my Sims 4. What do I do?

I've lost all of the progress in my Sims 4. I've searched for the ''Slot_00000008.save'' but it's gone and nowhere to be found. In the files there is only 0-4, 5-8 is nowhere to be found. What do I d...

Its not possible that ive deleted it by accident, because I've never opened the sims 4 file before. And no, I don't use any cloud services.

    It happened again, lost all of my progress and households. I'm about to lose my mind. There are like random houses and households in my sims worlds now instead. I'm about to lose my mind. Can this happen because of the small amount of storage I have?

        I have no idea, but I do know that my laptop is not really gameproof..
