I'm pretty sure that my mods and CC aren't the issue. A while back, I had to remove my mods and reintroduce them one by one to find which one was causing a T-pose/reset issue I had been having. For context, the issue was occurring when eating food from food stalls, especially when sitting down at the picnic tables to eat it. Even with no mods, I immediately saw one or two townies like this. Japanese with platinum blonde hair.
The Asian (name) overflow is a known issue. The blonde part is new to me but I guess it's part of the same issue

Just tried that. It didn't work.
Did you see my post above ? It's an known issue really. Not much you can do other than wait until it gets fixed.
You can keep deleting the families you don't want and hope that others spawn.
Update:
I'm starting to notice that the Japanese townies are also spawning with another hair color, the middle darkest red between the light red and completely dark red. But still, very rarely do Japanese townies spawn with hair colors other than blonde or red. Yes, @crinrict I do know that this is a commonly reported issue, but I had no idea that the platinum blonde/middle red hair color issue was new.
