Hey, does anyone know how I would go about getting my old data back (and before you ask, I already tried the retrieval method, and it didn't work.) And yes, I did save it all on my old computer (which was also a windows computer).
Nemara14 Your user data is all stored locally on your computer, not in EA servers. So you'll need to transfer that data to the new computer, if you haven't already. The data is all stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, but please make sure you're looking in the correct Documents folder. Here's how to find it:
