Korea Origin website purchase system didn't work

I wanna purchase Sims4 get to work in korea website. But it didn't work.

when I put the cart, and submitted push the purchase button  and then there's no more answer. pay page is not loaded

so I can't get the game.

It might have some page loading problems.....

I try to my laptop and smart phone, but both are didn't work.

I hope you guys correct this error, asap. please.
