Hello,
The minimum requirements for the game is to have at least 2GB of RAM, however it is recommended to have 4GB or more of RAM for better performance.
In terms of storage space, you need at least 9GB of space available on your hard drive for the base game. If you plan on installing future expansion packs, you would need more space - I would expect you would need 30GB-40GB of storage space for TS4 + all EPs + all SPs.
