Your computer was not restored to factory. The video driver is Windows basic and you need the driver the was written for that laptop. A quick look shows other problems. You need to save any personal data and use the factory restore for that laptop.

So I haven't been able to do it yet, but my mom did tell me a piece of important information. Apparently, I only have half a terabyte in my computer. Thanks mom for going to some crappy computer fixer. He couldn't even finish his job and restore it! UGH.
