Help with my packs

Good morning. I purchased three expansion packs for The Sims 4 (Snowfall, Wedding Stories, Toddlers) using Paysafecard. The expansion pack folders (EP10, GP11, SP12) are visible in the game files on the hard drive, but the game says in the main menu that the expansion packs are not installed. I've already repaired the game, cleared the EA App cache, and reinstalled the game, but the problem persists. Please check the permissions for these expansion packs on my account.

  • oliweczka599  Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether the packs are listed as deactivated.  If so, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button.

  • I am also having the same issue for the error that I am receiving is as follows: world not installed when this pack has finished downloading restart the Sims 4 to install it.

I have cleared the cache I have uninstalled the base game and all packs and reinstalled them I have also repaired them as well with no luck.

The packs in question are Cats and Dogs, Stranger Ville, For rent, and Jungle adventure please help.

I was experiencing a similar problem, the EP shows in the EA folders and says it's installed on the EA app, but when I open the game, the pack content wasn't showing and in manage worlds I got the "world not installed when this pack has finished downloading restart the Sims 4 to install it." message.  After doing all the normal stuff (repair game, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall) I tried the tip below, I opened Marketplace > My Collection and the EP game was deactivated. The EP now shows in my game. Thank you.

It worked only for kits, and they were labeled as "deactivated." For everything else, it says "not installed," but in the EA app, it shows that everything is installed. I can't do anything with the DLCs in Marketplace, since they have to be managed externally - can't "install" them through storage manager, nor select them in pack selection.

  • helian_thys  Then please see this guide to addressing missing DLC, particularly the last section:

The only way to install expansion/game/stuff packs is through the EA App or Steam, not the Marketplace.  And in fact you can install kits that way too if that's where you bought them.  So if you'd like, you can uninstall the kits through the game and reinstall through the EA App (or Steam), once you figure out why your other packs aren't loading.
