And it worked on this machine before ? That graphics adapter is below minimum requirements and the CPU is also not very strong and not really made for gaming.

Isn't that just what you get when Windows can't detect what GPU you have? I've only ever seen this when running Windows in an emulator.
Could be but then the game probably can't find it either, hence the lags

It did, perfectly. But then I had many more programs, apps, etc. It's weird, I know. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. I'm SO confused.
Go to your display manager: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows-8/a/device-manager-windows-8.htm and check what it says under Display Adapters.
This was the computer you dropped, right ? So maybe something broke.
Also what graphics settings are you playing on ?
