This is the first time i’ve experienced this at first I thought it was a mod or cc causing the problem. I removed all mods and created a new save file had the same issue. Eventually I decided to completely restart sims 4 delete a files and reinstall it. I was hopeful but unfortunately that did not work. How do i fix this? I can’t even see the game only the ui and multiple bubbles.
Abygaelle0 It looks like your computer doesn't have a proper graphics driver installed. So if you know which driver you should be using, please download and install it, and restart your computer.
If you don't know which driver to use, or reinstalling it doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
