Language change

I really wanted to switch the game language to English but the dropdown menu in game properties seems to have just disappeared (though I clearly remember having it a few months ago). I tried repairing the game and changing the whole application's language but nothing worked. Is there anything that can help besides using third party launchers?

    @hawermoutt    Hello!  Do you mind answering a few questions to help troubleshoot this?  

    Are you playing on PC or Mac?

    Have you tried deleting the Origin cache?

    In which country did you purchase the game? 
    Have you purchased any DLC in a different country? 
    What language do you normally use?

    I want to change the language of my game, but the option seems to have disappeared when I installed the EA app to replace origin. 

    I did clear the cash as was instructed in this thread, but that didn't make a difference. Do I need to go back to the origin app? Or is there a way to change the language in the EA app?

    @TerahWatson You can have both along each other. Reinstall Origin and use it to change the language. EA App doesn't have the option yet.

    You just can't run them at the same time but both can be installed.
