language

hello my name is Katharine 

I have resent found out the that the my sims 4 launch screen and the screen you get for starting the game is in a different language and I got no clue how it happen. I've uninstalled , reinstalled the game I've repaired it, look at all my mods and cc but non of them are in the language that is being shown. I've look over my language part to see if maybe it was that but no . I just want the language back to English. if you want you can call my or something. I can give my cell number with the next email you send. please help me

    Have you tried changing the language in your game library? 

    Hover over the Sims and click the three dots in the right corner. 

    Click on "view properties" and set language to English.
