@PumpkinLoveSims That laptop would only run Sims 4 on low settings. It doesn't have a dedicated graphics card, and the integrated chip is below the minimum requirements for Sims 4.
If you're willing to spend a little more money, you could do significantly better. This laptop is £450 and would run the game, all packs included, on medium settings, and you could experiment with turning one or two up to high.

For £500, you could get an entry-level gaming laptop, one that would run the entire game on at least a mix of high and ultra settings. The price is lower because the laptop's hardware is two years old, although the laptop itself is new and should be perfectly fine.
If you'd like to see other options, let me know, and I'll do a more thorough search. These days though, the laptops capable of medium settings tend to start at £450, and the models below that price point have much weaker hardware.
