Last Exceptions
When I was playing sims it loaded once but when I tried to load it again the screen would turn white and a last exception came up. When I clicked on it I don’t know what’s it’s about.

@jamayiab1 Did you try disabling Origin in-game and the clean user folder? Please let me know whether they make a difference.

@jamayiab1 Please try playing in a new admin user account on your computer. You don't need to reinstall anything; just login to the same Origin account, and you'll be able to play. You won't have access to your existing content yet, but that's fine; this is just a test.
