Hi the sims 4 keeps crashing. I have tried deleting my saves folder, removing my mods folder, and reinstalling Origin and the Sims 4 all over again.
@jalen1602 Your C drive has almost zero free storage, and that alone could account for the crashing. So the first thing to do is to clear more space. 20 GB total is a good goal, but 15 should at least prevent related crashing or confirm that this is not the issue. You can see your free storage in a number of places, including by opening a File Explorer windows and clicking This PC in the left panel.
Once you've done that, please run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files:
Restart your computer before trying to play.
