Please describe the patch or change you made. After trying to play the game again and installing a new update. Last time played was november 2023 and on windows 10 now on windows 11

After contacting the support three times and still no solution i was adviced to come here (my case number is #193191182  if any employee wants to check themselves). My game doesnt launch and displays the Code 135dec40:90f690cf:00000075:495f32a0. I wanted to get back into the game due to the new DLC coming and the current sale happening. But now i dont even know if i will ever get to play the game again. I have tried every advice I have been given by the support team and which I have read in the forum. Those include: Deleting the whole App and my savefile and reinstalling the App and the Sims 4 again (which took about 2 hours), emptying the Cash, going into the task manager and closing EA Installer and EA launcher, troubelshooting via the Windows 11 troubelshooting option in settings, moving the EA App with the Sims 4 inside to the Desktop instead of leaving it in documents, Repairing the Sims 4 after every one of those steps and all other mentioned steps to come also always closing the EA App entirly, installing a new driver for my Graphics Card even though I can play normally on any other game, opening the EA App as an Administrator, opening the App on another windows profile not linked to my windows account (it has the status of a local account) , installing a repair update on my PC which took about an hour. I can not think of anything else to do especially because the windows troubelshooting function did not notice any error and technically there are no restrictions in place why it shouldnt open. I mean I even deleted my whole safefile and reinstalled everything with no success. I am always super careful with my PC, never installed mods. I mostly use it for personal things like university and for gaming. Games by other developers purshesed through other providers work. I also tried and go into setting to look at any other way why the game might not open. I ennabled all recommended compatabilty for gaming (there is a setting for that) and specifally also went into the properties of the EA App and looked if anything was out of the ordinary. One thing to mention is that a friend gifted me two keys for my two DLCs which he got from (redacted) but as far as I can remember I am pretty sure it opened with those DLCs installed all normal and I entered the Codes through the EA App. After asking my friend he also told me that those keys were all purshesed in accordance with my country of residence (which is nessesairy for the key website to calculate the consumption tax). I am really lost here as you can see ☹️

. I dont even know if it is worth buying the DLCs on Sale now as the Sale ends tomorrow and who knows if I will be able to play again. The second support employee also told me that he forwarded the case to the technical team but after asking about that again today, my question was not really answered and I got refered here. I have attached a screenrecording of me trying to launch the Sims 4 and the pop up which happens, as well as the file I found inside the Sims 4 file called GameVersion, as I couldn´t provide my Game Version as I can´t open the game and didnt find any other way of finding the details. Though I think that my file is encrypted as for some reason my PC shows a non latin alphabet parcially when opening that txt document called "GameVersion". I hope to get quick answers.

Last thing can I buy the DLCs on Sale now and in the case my game doesnt work get a refund?
