@Vatzfu Origin tries to download all the DLC that you own for a given game, regardless of whether you wnt it or not. If you see it downloading, you can cancel it in the Download Manager, which you open by hovering over it in the lower left corner of the Origin window. However, Origin will likely try to redownload the Legacy Edition again the next time you repair or update Sims 4, or clear Origin's cache.
The only way to stop this from happening permanently is to contact EA customer support and ask that the LE be removed from your account.
Thanks for the reply, however I think I found an workaround :
Stop origin from auto-updating games and it's client, it should be enough.

@Vatzfu I hope that setting works for you, but it doesn't work for me. I have Origin set not to auto update my games or itself, and it still tries to download any packs I don't have installed every time I manually update the game, or clear Origin's cache. This happens in Windows and macOS.
