I am having a similar problem!! Only difference is that i cant seem to figure out how to download my packs back at all! i dont even know where to begin, i have all my save files and mods but not one pack that i bought is in my game or even my download manager on ea play. Feel like im jumping through hoops to just play the freaking game and its starting to get very irritating.
@AlvaLoneWolf Please reinstall Origin as well, and check your game library there.
If you don't see any owned packs, and you're sure you didn't buy them through Steam, please verify that you're signed into the correct Origin account. As I mentioned in my earlier post, it's easy to accidentally create a new account and add the (now free) base game without realizing what happened.
