legacy edition

hello first of all sorry for my bad english i am using translation. my computer is already 64 bit but the legacy edition is being forced to download how can i fix this? Edit By Crinrict: Remove...

@Mertsho  Please repair the game: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon (Origin) or hover over the Sims 4 icon and click the three dots (EA App), and select Repair.  Then, before you try to play, please change these settings in Avast to allow Sims 4 to run.

If that doesn't work, try repairing again after changing the Avast settings.

If that doesn't help either, please let me know whether you're playing through Origin or the EA App.

thanks... but it didn't work.  I use ea apps.

        @Mertsho Use the save file in dxdiag. Then attach the created text (.txt) file to the paper clip in the lower right of the forum response window. Really need the whole thing.
