Library not working

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have Seasons, Discover University, Get famous, Get together, Parenthood, Vintage Glamour, and Tiny Living.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not really sure, it’s been happening for a while.
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m not able to save anything to the library.
What do you expect to see? Stuff should be saved to the library with no problem.

So, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to save things to my library. I got the sims 4 in April of this year, and it’s never worked. I can access the gallery and upload stuff, which is what I’m using as my library right now, but my game lags a bunch and I’d love it if I could turn off the online features just to make my game go faster, since that’s the only reason I use the gallery. When I first started playing, my households auto saved there, but at one point they stopped and it hasn’t worked since. I haven’t been able to find any YouTube videos about this… anyone know how to fix it?
